Lake Louisa Events Resort was a great location and getaway for our family to reconnect. Getting children and grandchildren starting lives of their own to all come together can be difficult, but is always so rewarding. Without properties such as the house on Lake Louisa reunions such as these wouldn’t be possible. The property catered to all ages with everything from ping pong, pool table, toys to a shooting range, our family was always well entertained. On top of jet skis, large pontoon boat, paddle boards, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, and a pool, the house itself was very accommodating. It allowed for a group of 20 to sleep comfortably with plenty of rooms for couples as well as rollaways or sofa couches that could be used as needed and put almost anywhere. The owner, David, was very personable and could be reached whenever a question arose making for a relaxing trip overall. Thanks David for making it possible for our family to be able to relax and bond together in celebration of the Christmas season.

Beautiful location, truly took my breath away. Lake Louisa Events Resort has all of the class and glamour that you need for a dream wedding while maintaining the comfort and sophistication to host the perfect family gathering or corporate event. The owner David has turned this venue into a one stop shop, providing everything that you could possibly ask for both indoor and outdoor. David is very personable and provides top notch service to his guests. This venue is truly one of a kind! 5 star rating! Wendy

I would highly recommend staying at Lake Louisa Events Resort! We are a big Italian family that wanted to get together all under one roof for the Easter weekend with something to do for every age. We had searched many, many websites and homes- and we decided that this was the best fit to accommodate what we were looking for. We had about 20-25 people, and it fit us perfectly. We loved the property and being able to spread out. We felt like we could easily come together for meals with four kitchens and have plenty of room, but then also it was spread out enough that you can have alone time if needed. My mother in law is very sick, and we were able to put her in the back portion of the house- and she had private/quiet time to rest when needed. The kids absolutely had a blast as well. The pool was nice. We went tubing on the lake one day too with the rented bow-rider boat, and the kids fished off the dock. There was enough to do around the house- we kept ourselves busy with that! David, the host and caretaker/owner was right there in hand for anything we needed. We never felt like he was intrusive- it made us feel very comfortable knowing we could call him If we had a question. We connected so well with David that we invited him to our Easter lunch. It was also his birthday while we were there, so we celebrated and had cake with him. He’s a great host. I would highly recommend staying at this property. My mother in law said it was the best weekend of her life. It was an emotional weekend because of her sickness- and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and home for our family. We are thankful to David. You won’t regret staying at this resort. I own/manage a car dealership and my husband owns a boat dealership and we needed this unique, private setting on over 50 acres. We own two hunting camps, and even made my husband thrilled to take the grandchildren to the on-site shooting range and go four wheeling and chose this rather than staying at our own properties. Our twenty year olds enjoyed a lot of basketball, ping pong and the pool. We would give this a 5- star rating! - Jennifer

We used the villa for a staff retreat in April 2019. It was our desire to have a large place with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the villa was perfect! We had ~16 people staying there full time and an additional 16 came in during the daytime hours. There would have been plenty of room for everyone to stay at the villa, however we wanted everyone to have a private bathroom and again, the villa provided this option. The open layout of the main floor ensured that there was plenty of room for all of us to be together (and not feel crowded) during group activities – eating, meeting times, recreation, etc. Indoor recreation included ping pong, pool, and a large closet full of games. Outdoor recreation was plentiful for those who wanted to be active – volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, fishing, canoeing, fishing, etc. – and the screened pool area was great! For those who wanted to simply relax, there were many outdoor areas that provided seating for groups and individuals, including a gazebo and benches around the pond. A extra special feature was the ¼ mile boardwalk to the lake where you could watch the sunrise in the morning and see the fireworks at night. That was a highlight for many in our group. Overall, we were very pleased with this villa and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. The owner was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and patiently answered my many emails and questions. During our stay, we had one small issue with hot water, which was immediately rectified upon contacting him. He also checked in with me every day to make sure all was well. If you are looking for a place for a family vacation or retreat, I would highly recommend. Blessings, Cindy

This property was the cleanest, biggest, most unique and well stocked vacation rental my family has ever stayed at. The owners are the nicest couple we have ever dealt with and they both go above and beyond to make you feel special and right at home. This is the ONLY place we will stay at in our yearly trips to Orlando!! The Olympic pool, the enormous game room, the three kitchens, the phenomenal mattresses....Too much awesomeness to list! 6 STARS!!!
